Mr. Shashikant Dhamne is the Founder of the firm and a highly respected professional with over 42 years of experience in Taxation, Auditing, Accounting, and Management Consultancy. He holds dual degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow member of ICAI. He was also a co-opted member of the IBBI committee of ICAI.
His expertise extends to Debt Syndication and Project Financing, where he has advised a wide range of clients. As a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), Shashikant provides comprehensive services as a Consultant, Liquidator, and Administrator under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
He has successfully handled more than 35 Voluntary Liquidation cases — the highest by any professional in India — establishing his position as a leading expert in the domain. Notably, he was appointed as one of five Administrators by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a specific assignment. His insights and leadership in the insolvency field have also earned him a place in roundtable discussions hosted by the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPICAI).

Mr. Abhishek Dhamne is a seasoned finance and taxation professional, holding a Commerce degree from the University of Pune and is a Fellow member of ICAI. He has also earned a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) and is a Registered Valuer, affiliated with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and ICAI Registered Valuers Organisation (RVO).
With wide-ranging experience in Auditing, Accounting, Corporate Taxation, and Consultancy, Abhishek brings a comprehensive approach to financial advisory. He specializes in the valuation of Securities and Financial Assets, including shares, securities, and business enterprises. His core areas of interest include Corporate Taxation, Project Finance, and Valuation, allowing him to provide strategic and in-depth insights to clients.
Mr. Abhishek regularly appears before the Income Tax and GST Authorities and has also represented clients before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in matters related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy. He is currently a Regional Council Member of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICAI for the term 2025-29. He is also a Co-opted Member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (BCAS). In the past, he has held key positions in the Pune Branch of WIRC, including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman, reflecting his deep commitment to the advancement of the accounting profession.

Mrs. Shubhada Dhamne is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with a strong academic foundation and industry experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Marathwada and has completed the Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence (AICA) and the Business Responsibility and Sustainable Reporting (BRSR) course conducted by ICAI. She has also successfully passed the Peer Reviewer exam conducted by ICAI, further strengthening his commitment to audit quality and professional standards.
A consistent academic achiever, Shubhada was a state topper in the Maharashtra HSC Board Exams and a recipient of the Dhirubhai Ambani Foundation Scholarship. She has gained practical experience in Auditing, Taxation, and Consultancy, and has developed a specialized focus on Voluntary Liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Her commitment to professional excellence and forward-thinking approach adds strength to every assignment she undertakes.

Mr. Prasad Dhamne is a seasoned professional in the field of Corporate and Business Laws, holding a master’s degree in International Business Management from Symbiosis International University. With over 10 years of rich experience, he has advised and assisted a diverse portfolio of clients on matters involving Corporate Law, Securities Law, Secretarial Audit and Corporate Governance. His expertise extends to Legal Due Diligence, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, RERA Advisory Services, and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) services.
Prasad also provides support in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), ensuring businesses are both legally compliant and strategically positioned. Known for his practical approach and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, he plays a vital role in guiding entities through complex legal and compliance landscapes.
