He holds a dual degree in Commerce and Law from University of Mumbai and is recognized as a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With an impressive track record of 42 years, he has gained expertise in the fields of Taxation, Auditing, Accounting, and Management Consultancy. Besides, he has also garnered substantial experience in Debt Syndication and Project Financing and advised clients. Furthermore, he is a registered member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). As an Insolvency Professional (IP), he currently provides a range of services as a Consultant, Liquidator, and Administrator under the aegis of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. With more than 30 Voluntary Liquidator (VL) cases he stands out to handle highest number of Voluntary Liquidator cases in India. Notably, he has been appointed as one of the five Administrators by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a Company. His expertise has also led to his inclusion as a member of round table discussions organized by the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professional of ICAI (IIIPICAI).

He holds a prestigious Commerce degree from University of Pune and is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, he has earned a Diploma in Information Systems Audit. With considerable experience in Auditing, Accounting, Corporate Taxation, and Consultancy, he has developed a well-rounded skill set. Furthermore, he is a Registered Valuer having membership with IBBI and ICAI RVO. He mainly looks into valuation of Securities and Financial Assets such as Shares, Securities and Business Valuation. His areas of interest are Corporate Taxation, Project Finance and Valuation, allowing him to provide specialized guidance in these areas. Apart from appearing before the Income Tax and GST Authorities he has gained fair experience appearing before the Hon. National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for matters related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy. In addition to his professional achievements, he has made notable contributions to the Pune Branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has held several key positions within the branch, including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman, displaying his dedication to the advancement of the Accounting Profession.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Marathwada university with
specialisation in retail management. She is a Fellow member of the ICAI. She also holds
certificate in Business Responsibility and Sustainable Reporting a course held by ICAI.
Throughout her academics, she has been a merit holder and was a topper across the
Maharashtra in HSC Board Exams. She has been awarded with Dhirubhai Ambani
Foundation Scholarship.
She is having a fair experience in the fields of Auditing, Taxation and Consultancy. She has
gained edge in handling the matters related Voluntary Liquidation as per the Insolvency &
Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Prasad Dhamne holds a master’s degree in International business management from Symbiosis
International University. He holds an experience of more than 7 years in the field of Corporate Laws.
He also looks into the matters relating to Securities Laws, Corporate Governance Matters, Legal Due
Diligence, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, RERA Advisory Services, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)
services, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) services, etc.
